Dom Pérignon Vintage :
EAN 3185370725245

The Maison only offers great vintages of champagne.
Dom Pérignon Vintage is made exclusively from the best grapes from a single year, reinventing itself by interpreting the unique character of the seasons and daring not to make a Vintage if the harvest falls short of lofty expectations.
After a minimum of eight years of aging in the cellar, the wine reaches the perfect balance that Dom Pérignon represents, its greatest promise. This is Dom Pérignon Vintage: the fullness of harmony.

AN EXPLOSIVE HARMONY
For Dom Pérignon, blending is the great event in the production of champagne. It is the creative gesture that, from the vine and through a search carried out with intuition and creation, will bring into play contrasts and paradoxes, oppositions and complementarities, thus revealing its own truth for each vintage. It is the assembly that incites an unexpected inner dialogue.

It stands out today in the Dom Pérignon Vintage exchange and its explosive harmony.
IN NOSE
Complete and changing, mixing flowers with fruits and vegetables with minerals. The bouquet is tactile, it subtly leads us in its footsteps. Powdery white flowers with the sweetness of apricot and mirabelle plum. From the freshness of rhubarb and mint to the minerality of ash. White pepper.

IN MOUTH
The energy dominates in the mouth. After a welcoming presentation, the wine quickly vibrates and ends up literally exploding. The effervescence arises, the sensation is vigorous. Channeled by sour and bitter flavors, the finish intensifies and becomes penetrating. It leaves its mark: ginger, tobacco and toasted aromas.

The temperatures with which September surprised us, more typical of summer, dried up the incipient botrytis that was attacking the vines and caused the grapes to ripen more than usual, definitely boosting the vintage.
